When you book a tee time through TeeFlow, we collect the following personal information: your first and last name, email address, phone number, number of players, and booking details including date and time. We also record whether you have opted in to marketing communications.
We use your information to: process and confirm your tee time booking, send booking confirmation and cancellation emails, send a cancellation link so you can manage your booking, and — if you have opted in — send you occasional offers, news, and promotions from Pebble Creek Golf Club and TeeFlow partners.
If you have explicitly opted in to marketing communications at the time of booking, your contact information (name, email) may be shared with or used by TeeFlow and its licensed golf course partners for targeted advertising and marketing purposes. We may also share aggregated, anonymized data (which does not identify you personally) with third-party advertisers and analytics partners. We will never sell your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent.
You have the right to: opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send, request access to the personal data we hold about you, request deletion of your personal data by emailing privacy@teeflow.golf, and if you are a California resident, exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information.
Booking records are retained for up to 3 years for operational and legal purposes. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove your personal information from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure database storage to protect your personal information.
We use essential cookies only to maintain your session on the booking platform. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies without your consent.
